With vast experience gained over the past Thirty years, in varied segments of the Engineering Industry, like Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Sourcing and Metallurgy; the Directors most efficiently manage various operations of the company with a "hands-on" and "Holistic"approach.

Mr. Kedar Luktuke

Director

Kedar is a Mechanical Engineer and has worked with Cummins India Ltd. before starting Creative Tools. During his formative years in Cummins, he worked in Manufacturing engineering department and closely worked in Tool Room / Tool Design and process development of critical diesel engine parts. This knowledge comes very handy when we need to develop critical components on fast track basis at Creative Tools.

Mr. Pradeep Kulkarni

Director

Pradeep is a Metallurgical Engineer with a decade spent in Cummins India Ltd. He gained a thorough knowledge on variety of materials, heat treatment processes, testing procedures and process development during his stint at Cummins. He brings his Metallurgy knowledge to creative to give us an edge over our peers. His liking for numbers makes him look after the finance side of creative too

Mr. Naresh Timble

Director

Naresh is a Mechanical Engineer gained solid techno-commercial experience while working at Cummins India Ltd. He specializes in Sourcing / Vendor development right from his early days at Cummins. He liked to do hands-on parts development when working with Cummins vendors. He carries the same spirit at Creative and loves the critical component development. He also heads the Q.M.S. at Creative.

We make variety of components through Bar route, castings and sheet metal.

We have tie-ups with various foundries for specific requirements. Our foundries adopt variety of processes like Green Sand, Shell mould & Core, Lost Wax investment.

Precision multiple machining operations are performed in-house. We have developed reliable sources for Special processes like heat treatment, plating and surface coating.
